I doubt you can get invoice now. Probably you can get a sort of invoice when you deposit funds to the system from a 3rd party payment systems (depends on how you deposit).
As for the monthly/daily expenses from your account balance you can check https://passport.sape.ru/balance_stats/ it shows daily totals for selected month.
