i am trying to connect my bank card. i sent a payment, but i do not live in russia. i called the bank, but they could not help me. i just did a currecny conversion on the internet and tried to get the best number possible. the payment took .12 usd from me. so i just converted but it is still not accepting my card. is there anyone that can help me and get me accepted?
