Сайт на ASP.net сегодня вылетел с такой ошибкой

Есть другие сайты на этом же хостинге, подключены на Sape, все работает

Предполагаю, что сегодня попался какой-то ненормальный текст ссылки
может такого типа
"http://site.ru/%D0%9A%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%B3%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%B8%D 1%8F:%D0%9A%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%B2%D1%8B%D0 %B5_%D0%B2%D0%B5%D1%81%D1%8B"

Как быть? Удалять ссылки за последние сутки?

Можно на будущее обработать Exception, чтобы сайт не вылетал?
